Let’s talk about reshaping indoor spaces. Our Interior Design courses cover both residential and commercial design, meaning you can experiment with upgrading the look, feel and psychological aspects of private rooms and public places. Our courses are designed in collaboration with international interiors icon Sibella Court and her expert team at The Society Inc, which means you’re in for a world-class education.
Digital covers so many areas, it would almost be easier to list the things it doesn’t cover — paper and graffiti walls. That’s it. When you choose to study in this area, any screen is your canvas. Think film, TV, web, mobile, interactive, animation and UX. You can code your own screen. Our courses are focused on preparing you to operate in the world of design, so you’ll work through industry-standard briefs and professional creative processes.

Diploma of Graphic Design graduate and Perth local Michaela Seneque is a multi-disciplinary creative who started her adventure into design through her love of textiles.
Hitting the ground running, Michaela developed a refreshed identity for Sydney-based native plant nursery 'Bush to Bowl.' What does that entail, you ask? Think brand logo, pattern, custom typography, style guide, business stationery and more. Michaela took Bush to Bowl's desire to connect the wider community to country and weaved in many common symbols used for Indigenous storytelling and drew on a unique potato stamping method for mark making.
Imogen Frost, where do we start? This Diploma of Graphic Design graduate's career skyrocketed when she landed the highly-sought after Vogue Australia internship where she learnt to push the boundaries of design to make it her own.
Since graduating, Imogen has won two AGDA awards for her self-identity 'IMO' and gone on to be a Designer at Tigerlily Australia, Frost* Collective and Smack Bang Designs.
Communication Design graduate and straight-up legend Jake Ross has taken the world by storm with a pencil, passion and a heart of gold. Jake has collaborated with countless international brands and names. Regardless of whether it’s a mural on our Flinders St campus in Melbourne, a national campaign for VB, Angus Stone’s personal skate ramp or digital illustrations for Justin Bieber’s album launch - he always stays true to himself.
In his 'Dia De Los Muertos' drawing Jake takes his signature style across the globe to Mexico to depict the annual Day of the Dead celebrations to remember those who have passed.
Teghan Brink, more commonly known as Teghan J is a designer and illustrator based in sunny Queensland. For as long as she can remember, drawing and creating have been a part of her life. Now a Diploma of Graphic Design graduate, Teghan's designs call on playful feminine illustrations to bring meaning to life.
'Fika' is a series of environmentally-friendly packaging solutions that embody the nature of Fika (a Swedish teatime tradition), are entirely plastic-free and even use vegetable-based inks.
Introducing Sofia Malmia. Swedish powerhouse designer, 2019 graduate and founder of S.MAL, or should we say Sublime Maximalist Androgynous Limited.
Launching onto the scene with the 'Futuristic Legacy' collection, Sofia's pieces have been worn by Jack Steele and Matt Ford of The Inspired Unemployed and more. Living and styling in Costa Rica, Sofia is taking the world by storm with her circular fashion and sustainable approach to design.
"Inspired by club kids, drag queens and underground scenes, 2020 graduate Rihannon Daley brings the fantasy to life with her launch of 'Pigsuit.' The bold and unapologetic ready-to-wear femme identifying label that showcases the artistry, fun and unifying nature of fashion.
Rhiannon lives in Meanjin, Australia. A Ngāti Kuri and Ngāti Porou woman, she was born in Tūranga-nui-a-Kiwa, Aotearoa. Focusing on individuality and against the grain aesthetic, Rhiannon's tone is often politically activistic while her style oozes sex appeal and empowerment.

Meet Danni, Melbourne-based 2019 graduate that believes in finding your niche and running with it. In Danni's case, her collection 'DOWK' screams colour, pattern and personality.
Now flexing her talent as the Customs Designer for New Era Cap Australia. Danni continues to work on her label DOWK, pushing to bring your wildest dreams to life through colourful, accessible and extravagant garments.
2020 graduate and Vogue Australia intern, Jasmine Dempsey launched DEMSI DESIGN to celebrate the of the beauty of Australia and our countrys rebirth following the devastating 2020 bushfires.
Taking inspiration from the coastline of Australia and the natural beauty of the rich earth, white sand beaches, native plants and clear waters. The wonder of the Australian environment comes to life through the silhouettes and textures are inspired from the organic structures and the colour palette drawing on neutral earthy tones mixed with splashes of blue.
Passionate and eager designer Van Nguyen is a 2020 graduate that brings fun, personality and craft front and centre in his animations.
Avid gamer and drawer, Van takes inspiration from everywhere and funnels that into his pieces built in Autodesk Maya 2019 then rendered with Arnold 3.1.2.
Sarah Volpe's career started before it began, working across the globe interning at Mama Creative in Johannesburg, Ogilvy and Mather in New York and VICE Magazine in Berlin with clients like Starbucks and Showtime before settling in Sydney to formally start her studies in 3D Design and Animation at Billy Blue.
To add to the list, Sarah is a international scholarship student and Freelance Designer at Greenpeace Australia. Sarah shot, edited and animated her piece 'Double Dates' as part of debut music video for South African artist Dollmaker.
Simone Scouller is a current Billy Blue student with dreams of one day being the Game Programmer on a game played by millions. Where does one start that journey? A Bachelor of Software Engineering (Game Programming), of course.
Simone is off to a stellar start, designing and programming 'Rover' as well as interning to build our Billy Blue augmented reality experience.
Diploma of Interior Design and Decoration graduate Stephanie Geha believes every space is an opportunity to create and experience. That no matter what the brief, creating an atmosphere is key.

Norwegian writer, director and multi-award winning Billy Blue graduate Dan Braga Ulvestad started his career in animation taking out an Adobe Design Achievement Award in 2015 and lighting up the sails of the Sydney Opera House for Vivid in 2017. With a calling to film and direction, Dan's debut documentary, ‘By The River’, is a short film about the death hotels of Varanasi, India - a place where devout Hindus go in wait of death.
'By The River' is an Official Selection at several Oscar-qualifying film festivals across the globe, landing Dan on the shortlist at the Young Directors Award and a Golden Tripod from the Australian Cinematography Society.
Adelaide graduate Kimberley Henderson knows one thing for sure: she's going to work on big cinema motion pictures. With dreams and truck-loads of talent Kimberley brings to life her fun and complex animations inspired by cartoons to bring familiar objects into new contexts.
Creating from a young age, Kimberley was drawn to animation after witnessing the behind-the-scenes craft of clay modeling - and never looked back.
